Kyle poses the following ideas to collect the words of the Roosevelt Concert Choir:
Lyric consideration/prompts:
Here are some potential questions we can ask students as we begin the text/lyric conversation: * RHS motto is We are Roosevelt. We are One. What does that mean to you? What does that LOOK like in the halls, classrooms, choir room, athletic fields, etc? What does is SOUND LIKE? What does it FEEL like?
* In what ways have you intentionally included others? When have you felt not included and isolated?
* Think about a dream or vision you have for the world....or for RHS. Fill in the blank with phrases/visions, "Someday the world will see ____________." Someday the world will know/understand _________."
* Think about an inclusive community where people look out for one another and are committed to honoring and respecting differences/diversity. Then complete these sentences. "When we speak, ______________." When we sing, __________." When we laugh, _______________." When we love, ____________." What other statements come to mind that paint a picture of what this inclusive community would look like?

Robyn drops the prompts into a Google Form and has Concert Choir us class time to answer from the heart. Then, shares the responses with Kyle to peruse.
